Days 1 to 30: pack ready

Days 30 to 60: warm circle

Founder’s network, church family, Igbeti diaspora associations, alumni. Target: first 100 monthly givers and three facility sponsor conversations.

Days 60 to 90: institutions

Oyo State ministries, Olorunsogo LGA, the Onigbeti’s council, two banks, two telcos. Grant applications submitted.

Days 90 to 120: close phase one

Pledge drive event in Columbus and in Igbeti, equity round closed, site works contracted, groundbreaking announced on the site.
