A home for sport, youth and community in the Marble City.
Prince and Princess Sports Complex is a multi-phase stadium, training and recreation campus for Igbeti and the surrounding towns. Built to give young people a safe place to train, compete and grow, and to bring visitors, events and jobs to the town.
Sport that builds people, and a complex that builds a town.
Every part of the complex serves two groups at once: the athletes and families who use it, and the community whose economy, health and pride it lifts.
Youth development
Coaching clinics, developmental leagues and mentorship that teach teamwork, discipline and leadership alongside the sport.
A safe place to play
Secure grounds, maintained equipment and a sick bay on site, so parents can say yes.
Community hub
Open courts, event tents and halls for concerts, weddings and public meetings. A place Igbeti gathers.
Local economy
Tournaments, training camps and tourism bring visitors who eat, sleep and shop in Igbeti.
Public health
Everyday access to fields, pools and gyms for all ages and skill levels.
Heritage and tourism
Monuments and gardens that celebrate Igbeti's hills, marble and history, near Iya Mopo and Agbele Rock.
Twelve zones on one campus.
From the security outpost at the main gate to the VIP guest inn, the general development plan lays out every section of the site.
Three phases, each one usable on its own.
Investors fund what opens next, and every phase earns revenue before the following one begins.
Secure the site and open the fields
Perimeter, security outpost and access roads, training fields, open courts and the first public toilets. Youth programmes start here.
Main stadium and indoor complex
Stadium with track and stands, central gym and sports halls, athlete hostels and the administrative block.
Destination campus
Monuments and gardens, amusement park, shopping mall and food courts, VIP guest inn, trails and the sick bay.
A town already on the map for its hills and marble.
Igbeti sits in Olorunsogo Local Government Area between Ilorin, Igboho and Saki, with Old Oyo National Park to the north. Easter Monday hikes on Iya Mopo draw visitors every year and the state has named the hills a tourism priority. The complex gives those visitors a reason to stay the night.
