A town already on the map for its hills and marble.
Igbeti sits in Olorunsogo Local Government Area between Ilorin, Igboho and Saki, with Old Oyo National Park to the north. Easter Monday hikes on Iya Mopo draw visitors every year and the state has named the hills a tourism priority. The complex gives those visitors a reason to stay the night.

- Sixteen hills surround the town. Iya Mopo and Agbele Rock are the most visited; the town has hosted Oyo State’s World Tourism Day celebration.
- The opening
- In 2022 the state government named the Igbeti hills a tourism priority and promised road rehabilitation to Iya Mopo.

Prince and Princess Sports Complex is the vision of Reverend Dr. James Adeyemi Ogundare, a son of Igbeti and the founder and senior pastor of House of Glory Christian Ministries, a non-denominational church in Columbus, Ohio, which he leads with his wife, Pastor Mrs. Esther Ogundare. The founder’s office is in Columbus; the project is in Igbeti. “The vision for establishing sports complexes, monuments and event resorts in Igbeti is rooted in a deep commitment to nurturing our shared heritage and enhancing the lives of our residents. Together, we can build a brighter future for our beloved community.”
